UDAF’s Events and Logistics Wing stands as a dedicated and vibrant entity of UDAF, where vision turns into reality. Their responsibilities encompass the arrangement of all events hosted by UDAF, from initial event planning and venue selection to budgetary considerations and the seamless execution of each stage. The objective of this wing is to guarantee the success of every UDAF event.

Comprising highly energetic and diligent individuals, this wing operates with meticulous planning and a resolute focus on detail, ensuring the triumph of each event. Participants can anticipate moments filled with joy, entertainment and enlightening perspectives, as the wing spares no effort in maintaining the vibrancy of every club event. 

This wing also covers photography and videography. UDAF organizes lots of programmes, sessions, tournaments throughout the year. Be it an interesting career session, cultural function, sports event, skill developing competition or grandiose freshers reception, UDAF has been creating lovely memories for its members.
